Msgr. Cramers Assembly and Assemblies from East Texas provided an honor guard at the July 28, 2000 Installation of the Most Reverend Curtis J. Guillory S.V.D., D.D. as the Fifth Bishop of Beaumont. The Celebration of the Eucharistic and The Rite of Installation was conducted by His Excellency The Most Reverend Gabriel Montalvo, J.C.C. Apostolic Nuncio to the United States and His Excellency The Most Reverend Patrick F. Flores, D.D., Archbishop of San Antonio. This event was conducted at the Lamar University Montagne Center.
