1988-89. The
major programs of the assembly were continued under Faithful Navigator RAYMOND
J. LEBLANC, and during his term, 1988-89, the Supreme Board of
Directors of the Knights of Columbus abolished the two Louisiana Districts
of the Fourth Degree, thus making the state one district once again. Past
State Deputy Easton Pitre was appointed by the Supreme Office as the first
Master ofthe state-wide district.
Three new members were added to the assembly's rolls
during LeBlanc's term at an Exemplification held in Lafayette.
