1987-88.  Faithful Navigator LAWRENCE TOUPS followed, 1987-1988, as the next leader of Msgr. Cramers Assembly and reinstated the practice of Quarterly Communions. Toups also inaugurated the assembly's first Religious and Clergy Appreciation Night.

The assembly sponsored a special Mass of Thanksgiving on Constitution Day in recognition of the 200th anniversary of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution. Msgr. Vincent was the mass celebrant.

During the term of Lawrence Toups as Faithful Navigator, Msgr. Vincent asked the ladies of the assembly to make contributions monthly towards defraying the expenses of medical care for elderly persons after they have been discharged from the hospital. This was accepted as an ongoing project.

The assembly was host for the 1988 Exemplification of the Fourth Degree, at which 39 new members were added to the assembly's rolls.

For these accomplishments, the assembly was once more awarded with the Master's Award.
