1983-84. Faithful
Navigator CHARLES D. MOUTON, of Sulphur Council 3015 took
the helm of Msgr. Cramers Assembly for the 1983-84 term. During his
leadership, the assembly was honored with the presence of the Supreme
Master, Alfred N. Nicholas, as a speaker at the anniversary banquet. The
occasion marked the 40th birthday of the assembly, and Supreme Master
Nicholas was lavish in his praises of the accomplishments of the past 40
years.
The Color Corps was unusually active during Faithful Navigator Mouton's
term, participating in the dedication of two churches and a chapel, in
addition to the usual appearances.
The annual Exemplification of the Fourth Degree was held in Monroe, and
four new members joined the assembly.
