1982-83.
WILMER J, DUGAS of
Sulphur followed as the assembly's Faithful Navigator and enjoyed a banner
year. The assembly was host for the Exemplification of the Fourth Degree
in Lake Charles, and thirty-seven new members were added to the rolls.
The
Color Corps made twenty-one appearance in church and civic functions, and
the Worthy Master, Jerome I. Braud, presented the Master's Award to the
assembly. It was the 20th time that the assembly had won the district's
highest prize.
