1969-70. During B. P. BABINEAUX'S administration,
the Color Corps mounted a Guard of Honor at the dedication of St. Theodore
Chapel in Moss Bluff, at a Pontifical Mass in the Church of the Immaculate
Conception in honor of Christopher Columbus, and also at the 100th
anniversary of Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish.
The assembly celebrated its 25th birthday with the publication of a
52-page assembly history. The Fourth Degree district convention was held
in Lake Charles, and Master Kiper announced that the assembly had won the
Master's Award for the terms of Faithful Navigators Stacey and Babineaux.
The assembly gained 29 new members at the Exemplification held in
Alexandria.
