1948-49. SIR
KNIGHT PA UŁ ZIMMERMANN succeeded Sir
Knight Moss in office and dedicated his administration to the promotion
ofpriestly vocations. A number of outstanding programs were presented at
assembly meetings.
P.O. Pavy of Opelousas presented a lecture on the subject of the
Christian family. Tanos Joseph of Franklin spoke on promoting vocations.
Other lectures and slides on the aspects of religious life were presented
by the Rev. Edwin Bourg and B.J. Lacour of Welsh.
On July 3, 1949, a total of 21 new members were received into the
assembly.
