Promotion of Patriotism 

On July 4111 Msgr. Cramers Assembly participated in the Lake Charles Red, White and Blue Parade cerebrating our Nation's Birthday. The float was decorated in red, white and blue with small American flags spaced about one foot apart along the railing on both sides. The Assembly also participated in the Veteran's day parade in Lake Charles. 

On April 27' the Assembly made a trip to the Veterans Administration Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana. The purpose of the trip was to visit with our veterans and to let them know that the sacrifices made for our country was appreciated. We took along books, candy, cookies and bananas. Bingo was played with the veterans with dollar bills be given out as bingo prizes. The visit was well received by the veterans. 

Msgr. Cramers Assembly Participated in the High School Senior Patriotic Awards Program, and twelve High School Seniors were honored by the Fourth Degree. Honorees received a medallion and a Certificate during their school's honors night program or graduation. Those furnishing pictures were sent to several newspapers for publishing. 

Msgr. Cramers Assembly provided a Honor Guard at the 4:00p.m. Mass on May 31 at Our Lady Help of Christians in Jennings for the presentation of a Stole to Father Clyde Thomas. 

On June I" a Honor Guard of 23 Sir Knights was held at St. Margaret 8:30 Mass where Father Marcus Johnson was presented with a Fourth Degree Chalice. The Chalice was used in celebrating Mass. 

On June 15th Father Charles McMillin was presented a Fourth Degree Chalice at St. Theodore Church. The Chalice was used in celebrating the Mass. A Honor
